Commercial and corporate law
Commercial and corporate law is one of the main areas of expertise of our law firm. Key areas include, but are not limited to: Company formation, support for corporate structuring measures and legal disputes, as well as organizing corporate succession. Banking law is one of our office’s core practices thanks to our many years of experience in this field. We closely monitor the complex administration of justice in this field and apply the knowledge gained in a targeted manner when advising and representing our clients.
Private international law
In EUREGIO, many legal relationships, particularly in the fields of private and commercial law, have a cross-border dimension. This means that the relevant regulations of the respective foreign law must be observed and that preliminary questions, i.e., which law is to be applied and in which country your claims can be asserted, are also to be answered.
Commercial rental law, lease law and leasehold law
Addressing matters regarding rental and lease law are part of the day-to-day work in our office. A particular focus of our work is commercial rental law. We also deal with matters concerning leasehold law.
Inheritance law and foundation law
Arranging property succession in a sensible manner is a quite complex process from a legal perspective. In this context, we can advise you on drafting a will and concluding inheritance contracts, although also on the option of transferring assets whilst you are still alive, possibly justified by beneficial use (usufruct).
Where foundation law is concerned, the focus is on establishing a foundation, drawing up articles of association, determining the capital base and defining the purpose of the foundation. We are also happy to provide legal support for you after the foundation has been created.
Commercial criminal law
In a law office specialising in commercial law it is inevitable that we are also presented with matters of commercial criminal law. In this regard, we can draw on many years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of commercial law, criminal law and criminal procedure law.
Insolvency law and insolvency criminal law
Our consultation services in the field of insolvency law include, but are not limited to: Preparation and initiation of insolvency procedures, advice for creditors in particular concerning segregation and separation rights, as well as contesting insolvency proceedings, registration of insolvency claims and also the defence of the debtor against claims from the insolvency administrator or against criminal charges, in particular delayed filing for insolvency.
